Embedded content from other websites

Who we share your data with

We take reasonable steps to protect all information that we hold (including your personal information) from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. In certain circumstances, we may provide some of your personal information to a third party to assist with the provision of our services.

For example, a customer’s contact details and address may be provided to a service provider responsible for sending out emails on our behalf. In limited other circumstances, we may be required by law to provide your personal information to third parties, such as law enforcement agencies.

We also use third-party service providers who may store or process your data outside of Australia, including the United States of America. Where we do this, we ensure that the relevant third party service provider agrees to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
