Methodology
We use a rigour and structure to our attraction and selection process that begins from job design and discussion at the initial brief through to interviewing and assessment techniques and reporting. We bring objectivity to the process allowing a consistent and quantifiable approach to candidate selection.

Psychometric testing
Avenue Executive partners with Allworth Juniper Organisational psychologists for any agreed testing. As a registered psychologist with over twenty years of consulting experience, Kate Juniper brings her research and theoretical knowledge to the application of various psychological and human resource procedures within organisations. Kate qualifications are BSc Psych (Hons), MPsychol (App), MAPS, MCOP.
