Melissa has been operating in the property industry since 2000. As the former CEO of Capstone and Director at Judd Farris, Melissa has a wealth of mature and expansive networks across Australasia. She has worked extensively with Boards, CEO’s and leadership teams to support, identify and transition talent to become industry leaders.
Melissa has a degree in Economics and Human Resources from the University of Sydney and has completed the AICD board course. She was a founding member of the Property Council of Australia Diversity and Inclusion committee.
Alessi Ilief, Principal Consultant
Alessi has a strong track record in placing property professionals into development, design, asset management and investment roles. Alessi will utilise her network among the emerging leaders focusing on mid to senior-level appointments with REITS, top-tier development groups, consultancies, and emerging firms. Alessi has a passion for helping talented professionals advance their careers and is known for her personable and honest approach.
She has a degree in Media and Communication from the University of New South Wales and began her career working for Nine, one of the country’s largest media networks, as part of the television sales team.
Kate Glanville, Senior Consultant
Kate has been in the property and construction industries since 2006 in NSW and the ACT. Most recently, Kate was an integral senior member of the Property Council of Australia, the property industry’s leading association. In her role as Commercial Director, NSW, Kate has developed an unprecedented network of property professionals and a deep understanding of the industry, which will see her thrive in the recruitment industry.Her capacity for extreme workload, insight, project management and working to deadlines is exceptional, all the traits you value in a recruitment partner.
She has a degree in Event Management, majoring in Management from the University of Canberra and has called Sydney home since 2008.
Belinda Perrin
Belinda is the glue that holds Avenue Executive together. She brings more than 25 years of business administration experience, and 15 years of executive search experience, to the team and supports them through candidate and sector research, finance, and business administration.
Before joining Avenue Executive, Belinda had a long career supporting executive search consultants in the financial services sector.
